I-Place Phase 2 is the final phase of a mixed-use light-industrial and residential condominium project in Canmore, Alberta. The development features a three-storey building with two levels of residential units—43 in total—situated above a commercial podium containing nine light-industrial units. Located on the north side of 17th Street between Industrial Place and the CP rail line, the site offers excellent access to downtown Canmore and the Trans-Canada Highway. Known for its alpine scenery, outdoor recreation, and thriving arts scene, Canmore is a growing community of approximately 19,000 residents just 100 km west of Calgary and minutes from Banff National Park.
