With a background in mechanical engineering, Josh brings over 20 years of experience in construction and project management. He is widely recognized in the industry for his solutions-driven approach to project planning and construction. Josh has tackled a very diversified portfolio of projects that he has successfully lead from design stage through execution to delivery and close-out contributing to the operational and financial success of his clients.
Under Josh's leadership, SBL Contractors has completed over 500 design-build projects, covering sectors such as aerospace, agriculture, municipal operations, recreation centers, and infrastructure in remote communities. In recent years, SBL has also expanded into multifamily developments, further demonstrating Josh’s ability to adapt to market needs. His commitment to community improvement initiatives remains a core aspect of SBL’s mission.
Josh continues to lead SBL Contractors in providing design-build services for various projects while overseeing DFD's construction developments.
